Observatorio Municipal CR — Case study: Civic data

The problem

Municipalities publish transparency and procurement data in scattered, inconsistent places.

What we built

An observatory that crawls official municipal sources and tracks them in one place — reference infrastructure for following local government.

Under the hood

• 01Crawlers for official municipal sources
• 02An API plus a public web front end
• 03Coverage tracking per municipality

We build and run projects like this for clients: a written scope first, then the build, then operation after launch. If you have a similar problem, book a free 30-minute call. We tell you whether a product already fits or whether it needs a custom build, and we put the scope in writing before anything starts.
